About Furloft

A small team that believes pets deserve the same care we'd want for ourselves.

Our story

Started with one very nervous poodle

Margot opened Furloft in 2017 after her own dog, Pepper, couldn't cope with busy, noisy salons. She built the place she wished existed: one pet on the table at a time, natural light, no cage dryers and plenty of time.

Today we're a team of eleven caring for around 140 regulars a week — still in the same converted sail loft on Harbor Row.

What we promise
